Yes! You can call, text, or email to us to reserve a date. You will need to put a deposit of 20% down using one of our online payment options. We also need a signed contract to confirm and secure your desired date.

As early as you can! Since we do NOT use a booking agency, our availability is limited. Once we’re booked, we’re booked. A year in advance is not to soon! Fridays and Saturdays book especially fast. Holiday season events usually book a year in advance!

We typically get the venue lay out as soon as the event is booked and normally arrive a day early to set up to give time for any last minute adjustments.

No, everything is included in the quote.

Yes, we’re always happy to take requests. We can adapt as needed and have a large network of partners for any service you may need.

Yes we do! We have so many options for background music, music for breaks during the meeting, etc. We will consult at time of booking to make sure what we provide is exactly what you expected.

We typically come in all black (black pants, black polo, black shoes) unless otherwise requested. We are happy to dress up in suits for formal events as well. Most people are happy with us in all black so we don't stand out, unless you want us to emcee and dress to match the event attire.

We only use the top of the line, highest quality, for every piece of equipment. Our speakers and mics are chosen for the clearest speech and the best coverage possible. We don't just put a couple of speakers on poles, we go above and beyond by having more sound and clarity from larger speakers than most, more lights than most, all with a cleaner footprint than most. We make sure to tape down everything to make sure it is as safe and as unnoticeable as possible.   From our Professional Bose and Electro-Voice speakers, top of the line Shure wireless mics, all the way down to our power cords, everything is kept in excellent shape so the sound and look of you event is top notch.
